Super Awesome Decorations

Welcome back everyone. My apologies for not posting according to my normal schedule. I got tremendously busy because of Christmas and I decided to post today right now because later on I'll be busy. Anyways, I just got BRAND NEW SCRAPBOOKING PAPER!!! And I'm so excited because this time they are six inches by six inches, so I don't have to cut the big sheets into smaller pieces! And if you know me well, I always use brand new things the moment I get them. I just have to. So, when one of my best friends came over, we made New Year's decorations!! We just really got creative with all the different  shapes we could make and there was a huge variety of different colors and patterns, so we both kind of did our own thing. I got a picture of my friend's before she left so I could show you. Here they are:
This one looks really pretty. I especially love the contrast of the baby pink and brown.
We had some sparkly gem flower stickers on hand, so we thought we might as well use those too to add a bit of sparkle.
Okay. Now lemme just say, my friend is a super fast worker. I only made about three when she was over, but when she left, I only liked how one of them turned out, so I made more later. And I only got to four before it was time for me to go to bed. Here are mine:

Kay. Now I've got some more good news! I just redecorated my room with a bunch of proverbs written in big letters on my brand new scrapbooking paper!! I taped them up on four different walls, so I'll show you each one individually down below:
I'm really sorry the photos came out blurry. My iPad was being really weird with me today so for some reason on camera it looked good, but then when I transferred it onto here, it got really blurry, so you might have trouble squinting and trying to read these proverbs. (Especially the last one)

So that basically concludes today's post. I hope you guys found it a bit inspirational. Happy New Year!!!  Oh. And if you haven't already voted on my poll and rated my scarf, please do it anytime soon because I really like your feedback and the poll is about to close. Lots of people asked if it hurts my feelings if they don't vote ten. The answer is no. We all learn from trial and error. The more you guys tell me how I'm doing, the better I'll be. So thanks so much for all the support. This blog wouldn't be possible without all you guys reading this right now. You give me all sorts of fantastic ideas that help this blog keep growing more and more! I really appreciate your honesty!!! Oh and sorry. I have one more thing to say, as usual! I have an account on this really cool beginner programming site called Scratch!! And if you guys reading this right now know about it, then please follow me! I'm craftybutterfly. What I like about it is that you don't have to type in the commands. Scratch has ready made blocks that you can connect together! It is really cool. I recommend all of you to try it out and make an account. It's absolutely free and the url to get there is http://scratch.mit.edu or you can just google search scratch and it should be the first link that pops up. Thanks again everyone!!! Have fun! I'll be back soon! 😜
