Crochet Gallery and More

Hey guys. This post is all about crochet and some random stuff I never got the chance to tell you. My mom is really advanced at crocheting and a few months after she learnt it, I was interested too. When I first got started, I threw HUGE temper tantrums and got frustrated easily. Lucky for me, my mom is good at calming people down, so all that hard work paid off. Now I can make hats, scarves, circles, flowers, a few booties, granny squares, and cross body purses. I'm learning new patterns along the way. Every once in a while, I'll have a crochet gallery post to showcase my latest creations.

First, I made a scarf in a granny square pattern, so it looks checkered. I love the colors even though it's not Fall anymore.

And this is a lime green blanket I crocheted over the summer. I've had it for a while now, but I still love it because I used super bulky Bernats Baby yarn and it's just SO SO soft!!!! BTW, I'm so sorry about the weird lighting. I couldn't fix the glare.

I know today I showed you only two items, but I'll usually have more. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!!!!

Just for fun, I want to show you all my karate belts. Currently, I'm a red belt, so I can't show you that. And no. I don't have a black belt and I'm nowhere close. I get asked that question a lot.

I know a lot of you may think that orange comes after gold in karate.  That's the case in most of the karate schools, but not mine. These belts are all in order. You may notice some other belts that aren't in the right place, but my karate school has the ordered belts a lot differently than many other schools.

NOW, bye!!!! See you next time. I have something fun planned.
